The Ziggy Link-equipped Dreadnought GX, our ready-to-rock mixed wheel size brawler, takes the corner slaying credentials of the Druid GX and applies them to a platform that’s ready for anything. Featuring our signature ‘One Ride’ proportional geometry not only ensures a consistent ride experience, regardless of size or stature but also amplifies what the Dreadnought GX can do on the trail. Separated by more than just a 27.5in rear wheel, the Dreadnought GX goes further, knocking 0.4 degrees off the head angle and dropping the bottom bracket by 6mm compared to its full 29er siblings. If the intentions of the Dreadnought GX were in any doubt, the Fox 38 Grip2-equipped fork, X2 Float shock, SRAM Code RSC brakes, GX 12-speed drivetrain and the Maxxis Assegai/DHR tire combo, should establish that it’s here to party.

High Pivot Witchcraft

The most obvious feature of our Trifecta suspension system is the high pivot point and the resulting rearward axle path it produces. Unlike some other frame designs that talk of a rearward portion of their axle path, the height of our main pivot within the frame structure means our axle path takes a completely rearward trajectory throughout its travel. This rearward motion allows the rear wheel to move with, not against, any size of impact. This, in turn, allows the bike to remain composed and maintain momentum through rough terrain.

Hardware

Our hardware is a testament to our attention to detail, from the forged Rate Control linkages to the custom stainless steel screws that hold everything together, we have spared no expense in the finishing of the Dreadnought leaving nothing to chance.

29er Compatible

Full 29er curious or a die-hard convert, the Dreadnought shares the same Rate Control Linkage system as its Druid and Dreadnought siblings and therefore accepts our ‘free-speed conversion kit’, also known as the 29er Link.

Cable Routing

We don’t discriminate against rightys or leftys and our adaptable cable routing allows you to neatly route the Dreadnought’s cables and hoses no matter where in the world you come from or with what hand you operate your rear brake with.

Rear Shock Compatibility

The Dreadnought comes equipped with a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate Air, but if your heart is set on something else, we have you covered with more options, including a custom-tuned Push ElevenSix, Fox Float X2 or Ohlins TTX2 Air.

Water Bottle Fitment

Even our smallest Dreadnought frame size can fit a full-size 26oz water bottle, regardless of your rear shock reservoir. Remember, hydration is your friend, but sweaty backs most definitely are not.

Fame Protection

A quiet bike is a fast bike and a clean bike is less prone to problems, so we developed a full suite of custom frame protection to keep the noisy bits quiet, the hard to clean bits free from crud and that precious carbon protected from flying debris.

Chain Guide Solution

All that high pivot goodness requires a solid chain retention solution so we turned to the chainguide experts over at ethirteen to develop a retention system specifically for the Dreadnought.

Accessory Mount

The ‘under the top tube’ mounting screws allow for the attachment of various accessory mounting solutions; pump, tools, a banana, the kitchen sink, go crazy, just don’t hang a water bottle there, please.

Embracing standards with actual benefits, such as a threaded 73mm BB, 148mm rear hub spacing, a 31.6mm seatpost, a ZS44/ZS56 headset and a 205 x 65 Trunnion shock, will take the headache out of piecing together your Dreadnought dream build.
